Well, when you endorse Cuomo...

The Daily News is reporting that the NY State Conservative Party will endorse Fred...albeit with a South Carolina hedge bet.

Now, to be fair, New York defines Blue State, and the Conservative Party doesn't have much sway. But with Governor Spitzer's decline in popularity, maybe Upstate will again, get smart.
